These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iwillbethere.app ("IWBT", "the Service") provided by Paul Barnard trading as I Will Be There ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IWBT is a meeting-arrangement and event-networking platform. It lets you:
If you are a corporate organiser, IWBT additionally lets you host events, manage attendees, configure sponsor banners, and run reports on engagement.
If you create a personal event hub, IWBT lets you run a small event of up to 50 attendees with the same networking features available to attendees within it.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, do not sign up. We do not knowingly accept accounts from children under 16. See our Privacy Policy for what happens if a child has signed up.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Each person should have only one account. We may terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

The Service is currently free for the foreseeable future. We will give 90 days notice before changing our charging model. If we introduce paid plans:

By using IWBT, you agree NOT to:
Organisers have moderation tools to block users who violate these rules within their event. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts site-wide for serious or repeated violations.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your pitch, your tags, your messages, sponsor banner imagery).
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service — i.e. showing your profile to other attendees in your events, delivering meeting requests, displaying sponsor banners as configured.
You confirm that:
We may remove content that breaches these rules. We may inform organisers when we do so.
If you submit sponsor banner imagery as a corporate organiser:
We aim for the Service to be available continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the Service offline temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or to respond to a security incident.
We will give reasonable notice for planned maintenance. Unplanned outages will be addressed as soon as possible.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure against every possible attack, or suitable for every purpose. The Service is provided "as is" subject to the limitations below.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
Subject to those exceptions, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Service is limited to the greater of:
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data not caused by our negligence, or reputational damage.
You use the Service for networking and business-meeting purposes. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome from meetings arranged via the Service.
You can delete your account at any time using the "Delete my account" button on your account profile. Deletion is immediate from our primary database.
We can terminate or suspend your account if:

When we change these Terms:
Non-material changes (fixing typos, clarifying language) may be made without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where:
For UK residents: the small claims track of the County Court is available for claims up to £10,000.
